Crossroads Animal Hospital in Bastrop, TX is looking for a hospital manager to join our practice.
Crossroads Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital and has been serving Bastrop and the surrounding areas since 1991.
We offer veterinary services such as; radiology, out patient care, walk-in appointments, drop off care, in house laboratory, boarding, routine and some specialty surgeries, senior citizens and military savings, Saturday appointments and much more! Crossroads has been a wonderful contributor to the town of Bastrop since the practice opened.

As the Veterinary Hospital Manager, you play an integral role in leading the hospital team and providing excellent care to our pet patients and clients.
Our team members hold the highest regard for maintaining a healthy, safe, and cohesive work environment.
As the Hospital Manager, you lead by example to ensure its success and manage all aspects of operations and people management within our hospital.
The primary duties center around business/P&L management, HR functions, and instituting/maintaining compliance with policies and procedures that ensure safe and efficient practices within the hospital environment.
The type of management style that is successful at our practice is coaching/mentorship.
Qualifications Experience in a management/leadership role is a plus Experience in the veterinary field is required.
Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients and colleagues Able to review, understand and react to findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements Have excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks Possess a good attitude and contribute to building and fostering a positive work environment Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, client and vendors.
