High Volume, Face Paced Environment.
Excellent servers making $25 - $30+/hour on average in non-cash tips, plus cash tips.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Greet and seat guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Manage seating timing as to keep smooth flow for servers and orders flowing to kitchen.
Present food and drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding all menu items.
Complete knowledge of food and bar menus.
Interact with guests while maintaining a professional and fun demeanor.
Responsible for serving food, drinks and processing cash and credit card transactions.
Abide by the TABC/ABLE/TIPS policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures to prevent over intoxication and underage selling.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures Basic liquor, beer, and bar terminology knowledge Must be at least 16 years of age, preferably 18
Experience with a POS system preferred but not necessary.
TOAST a plus.
Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
