Responsibilities Include:
Utilize the HRIS Scheduler to research openings in the schedule for assigned skilled nursing facilities, then schedule Regional Travelers fill openings on shifts.
Review applications and set up interviews for candidates interested in becoming a Regional Traveler.
Work closely with facility Human Resources Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum for Regional Travelers.
All other duties as assigned by Regional VP of Operations.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience Strong communication skills Certified Nurse Aide.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
