All shifts available to include a 4 day on/4 day off shift, seeking direct care staff/awake night staff, all training/tools needed will be provided to help each staff member succeed.
Children come from many backgrounds to include abuse, neglect and learning disabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Must be 21 years of age, have high school diploma/GED, valid Texas driver's license, pass background check and drug testing.
Pay depending on position/shift ranges from $23,000.
00 - $40,500.
00 per year on average.
Insurance to include Aflac, health (Company pays 80% of employee only coverage), dental, vision & life is available.
Each position includes PTO (Paid Time Off) and performance raises.
JOB LOCATION ON SITE:
4110 FM 609 Flatonia, Texas We are looking Direct Care Staff/Awake Night Staff to join our team and provide support to children ages 5 - 17.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities and helping individual children to reach their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to individual children.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Monitor and document changes in the individual's behaviors.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for the individual.
Communicate effectively with individuals, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
Follow the individual's treatment care plan.
